  • EU: Standard shipping 4-7 business days, Express shipping approximately 2-3 business days via DHL.

The delivery times indicated above are calculated from the dispatch date. Orders received by 10 am GMT, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day. Please be aware that dispatch times may vary during busier periods.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that orders may be split into separate packages; for each package sent, you will receive a separate email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

At Rehoboth Kidz, each garment is carefully crafted from premium-quality fabrics. All orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Should an item be unavailable or subject to delay, we will contact you promptly via the email address provided at checkout.

For same-day processing, please place your order by 10 am GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery. We therefore recommend choosing an address where someone is available to receive the parcel during office hours.

Carriers and Delivery

  • Mainland UK: Orders are shipped with DPD. The courier will notify you of the exact delivery date and time with one-hour accuracy. You may change the delivery date or address if necessary.
  • Canada and International Orders:: Orders are shipped with UPS. Please note, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or clearance fees.
  • EU: We offer Express Delivery with DHL.

Estimated delivery times will be determined by your shipping destination and indicated at checkout. On-Demand Delivery is available according to the carrier's local policies. The recipient is responsible for any import duties or clearance fees.

DELIVERY OF MADE-TO-MEASURE

Made-to-Measure dresses require 2-3 weeks for production.                                                          

Please note that orders for bespoke and personalised items cannot be cancelled once placed, as these items are made to your exact specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of Made-to-Measure items.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
