How do I choose the right size for mychild?

We understand that finding the perfect fit
is important. Our clothing generally runs true to size for the age group, but
every child is unique, so we always recommend using our size chart as a guide.  To choose the right size, simply measure your
child’s height, chest, waist, and hips, and compare those measurements to our
chart for the best match If your little one is between sizes or still growing,
it’s usually best to go with the larger size for a bit of extra comfort and
longer wear​. Also, if you’d like personalized sizing advice, we’re happy to
help, just send us a message with your child’s measurements or age, and we’ll
guide you to the right size.

What ages do your clothes fit?

Our collections cater to a wide range of
ages, from babies and toddlers through pre-teens. In fact, our sizes currently
range from approximately 12–18 months up to 13–14 years old​. We want children
at every stage to enjoy our clothing – whether it’s a toddler’s first special
outfit or a stylish ensemble for a young teen. Each size is designed with the
child’s age in mind, ensuring an age-appropriate fit that allows freedom of
movement and comfort. If you’re unsure which size aligns with your child’s age,
just let us know, we’re here to make sure your little one feels comfortable and
looks fabulous in their outfit.

How long does shipping take, and do youship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on our
products, and we know you’re eager to receive your order! We dispatch orders
from the UK, and delivery is quite speedy. For our UK customers, packages
typically arrive within 3 -5 business days for customers in Europe,
standard delivery is usually about 4–7 business days, or you can opt for
express shipping which takes roughly 2–3 business days For North America
and other international destinations, you can expect your order in around 5–7
business days
on average​. We’re proud to offer free shipping for
qualifying orders (for example, orders over £250 ship free worldwide)​ Once
your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can
follow its journey to your doorstep. (Please note that international orders may
be subject to your country’s import taxes or duties, for which the recipient is
responsible, but we do everything we can on our end to ensure a smooth
delivery.) If you have a deadline or special date you need an item by, feel
free to tell us, we’ll do our best to meet your timeframe.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange the
item within 30 days of receiving your order​. Simply make sure the
garment is unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original condition.
We’ll assist you with the return process. We will provide a return shipping
label and instructions to make it as easy as possible. If you need an exchange
for a different size or a different item, we’ll gladly arrange that once we
receive the original back. One exception is for custom-made pieces: because
bespoke or personalized items are made just for you, we cannot accept those for
return or exchange​ (We’ll always confirm with you if an item is considered
custom before you purchase.) Your happiness is our priority, so please reach
out if you have any issues, and we will work with you to make it right.

What materials are your clothes made of,and are they comfortable for children?

Quality and comfort are at the heart of our
brand. We use only premium fabrics and materials for our garments,
ensuring they feel as good as they look​. Each piece is meticulously crafted in
England with the finest fabrics and great attention to detail​. We use
100%cotton lining and super soft polyester fabric that feels good on young
skin. Our fabrics are chosen not only for their elegance but also to keep your
child comfortable and happy throughout the day. If your child has any specific
sensitivities (for example, to wool or certain materials), let us know, and we
can guide you to options that will work best.

Can you help with styling or outfitsuggestions?

Absolutely! we’re here to help you style
the perfect look. We love giving our customers personalized outfit advice. If
you have a particular piece in mind and wonder what to pair it with, just ask
us. We can recommend accessories from our collection (or even simple additions
you might have at home) to elevate the outfit. For special occasions like
birthdays, holidays, or weddings, we’re especially enthusiastic about helping.  We can advise on how to make your little one’s
outfit extra magical and event appropriate. Whether you need a casual everyday
style or a formal event ensemble, feel free to reach out for styling tips. It’s

What if the item I want is sold out –will it be restocked?

Some of our designs are very popular and
can sell out quickly (we produce in limited batches to maintain our quality and
exclusivity). If the item you love is currently out of stock, there’s a chance
we may restock it, especially if many customers are asking for it, but we can’t
guarantee a restock for every item. Often, we introduce new collections each
season, which means a sold-out style might be replaced by a fresh design with a
similar spirit. The good news is we offer a notification system for
out-of-stock items: on the product page, you can usually sign up to be emailed
as soon as that item is available again​. We highly recommend doing that, as
you’ll be first to know if we restock. You’re also welcome to contact us about
a specific item – we can tell you if a restock is planned or if a similar style
is coming soon. And, of course, by following our Instagram or newsletter,
you’ll get updates on any restocks or new arrivals. We know it’s disappointing
to miss out on a favourite piece, so we’ll do our best to either bring it back
or help you find something you’ll love just as much.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes, we do offer custom options for those
looking for something extra special. We’re proud to provide a bespoke service
on certain dresses, meaning we can create a dress tailored exactly to your
child’s measurements for a perfect fit. This process involves our atelier
crafting the piece just for you, so it typically requires about 2–3 weeks
for production and preparation​. Additionally, if you have a particular request
– say you love a design but want it in a different colour, or you’d like added
sleeves or other modifications – we encourage you to discuss it with us. We
handle these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our utmost to
accommodate them. Because custom and personalized items are made to your exact
specifications, please note that once we begin creating them, such orders cannot
be cancelled or returned​ (We’ll double-check all details with you before we
start, to ensure everything is just right.) Our goal is to bring your vision to
life by crafting a one-of-a-kind outfit that reflects you and your child. So,
feel free to reach out to us about custom orders, and we will guide you through
the process with attentive, personalized service.

Can I send an order as a gift, and do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we love helping you send gifts and
making them feel extra special! If you’re purchasing a gift, you can simply
enter the recipient’s name and address in the shipping details at checkout, and
we will ship the package directly to them​. We never include pricing in our
packing slips for gift orders, so no worries there. You can also add a personalized
touch like a gift note etc with your order – there’s a section at checkout to
include a special message, which we will print and include in the package​.
Furthermore, we do offer elegant gift wrapping, just let us know in your order
(or send us a quick message) that you’d like gift wrapping, and we’ll take care
of it at no extra charge. This is perfect for birthday presents, holiday gifts,
or any surprise for a loved one. We take as much care with gift orders as we do
with everything else, so you can trust that it will arrive looking lovely and
ready to delight the recipient. If you have any specific requests for a gift
(such as timing it to arrive on a certain day or avoiding any price tags),
we’re happy to accommodate those as well.
