Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rehoboth Kidz, we hope you love your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • new and unused
  • with original packaging
  • with all tags attached

We kindly ask that all items are handled with care and returned in perfect condition.

Please note that bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This is because they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email returns@rehobothkidz.co.uk with your order details.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps and return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Costs

Returns are usually made at the customer’s cost, and the return fee may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or has arrived damaged, Rehoboth Kidz will cover the return cost.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact returns@rehobothkidz.co.uk.

All exchanges are subject to availability. If you are exchanging for a larger size or a different item, a price difference may apply depending on the piece. If preferred, you may place a new order, and we will process your refund once your returned item has been received and approved.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements.

Returns Address

Our returns address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
