International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important Notice for International Customers: All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may incur an additional import duties, custom fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying these charges directly to the carrier or local customs office to release your order from customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance processes, carrier strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
Delivery Of Made-To-Measure
Made-to-Measure dresses require 2-3 weeks for production.
Please note that orders for bespoke and personalised items cannot be cancelled once placed, as these items are made to your exact specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of Made-to-Measure items.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rehoboth Kidz, we hope you love your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:
- new and unused
- with original packaging
- with all tags attached
We kindly ask that all items are handled with care and returned in perfect condition.
Please note that bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This is because they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email returns@rehobothkidz.co.uk with your order details.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps and return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
